i had a total loss claim with my 18 year old son. the adjuster that came out was very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. took advantage of my son who just lost his car and was very upset. called my insurance company and was told there was nothing they could do. as long as the adjuster did his job and there was no fraud involved. i would not recommend this company
