this insurance agency is a joke. i have been with them for over 5 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for my car, and they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. they have lost my paperwork multiple times, and i have had to call them numerous times to get them to do their job. i am so frustrated with them that i am considering switching insurance companies.
