i have had nothing but good experiences with amwins. my rep, [redacted], follows up promptly to any situation we have whether it is a coverage, agency, in-house issue - you name it. i highly recommend [redacted] and amwins if you need insurance.
i have been fully pleased with amwins and have never had to go outside of them for any needs. they handle my personal and commercial insurance.
i have had a coverage issue and have been trying to get it resolved since 11/09/2020. i have reached out to my agent as well as the adjuster assigned to my case. i have only gotten one response within this time frame from the adjuster and that was to acknowledge that they received my email but have failed to provide any additional information.
