keith d peterson & co does not deliver what they promise to do. when you speak to this agency, they show an interest in you and make you feel they are ready to service you. however, it was the case that i was being switched from cigna to aetna. i received no information from either carrier. the cigna policy was $1,048.11 per month and the aetna policy was $379.44 per month. at no time was i notified by keith d peterson & co inc. that there would be such a significant change in the premium. i continue to receive the bill from cigna. i still have not received the policy from aetna. don't walk, run away from keith d peterson & co inc.

called to ask for an umbrella policy. service was ok but when i asked about earthquake coverage agent said they do not offer it. when i called my current agent to ask about adding earthquake coverage they said it was included with my policy through keith d peterson & co inc. so i was able to get earthquake coverage without even asking for it. when i mentioned that to keith d peterson & co inc. they were very rude even though it was their mistake. they have the worst customer service.
