rosson phillips group, inc. does not pay promptly. i completed my policy on feb 28, 2023 and gave them a check from travelers. i figured that with almost 30 days from the due date that they would have received and processed my payment. i was wrong – they have cashed my check but have not applied any payment to my policy. i called twice this week to speak to someone other than the agent who sold me the policy. first time i was told they would call back and never did. second time they said they would escalate to a manager and get back to me. never happened. this is the worst customer service i have ever received from any insurance company.
