the agents were clueless and powerless to help with our insurance needs, the initial phone quote was $200 a month for 2 drivers 2 cars. when they finally got back to us a week later with an email quote it was $1600 for 6 months. when we called to ask why it was so much more, they were rude and unhelpful. the agent then told us that the original phone quote was incorrect and would not honor the quote they had given us for $200 a month. i will not be going through them for insurance. i was on hold for almost an hour before i talked to someone, and when i did, they were less than helpful. i would not recommend these agents to anyone.
