i use superior benefits corporation for my home and auto insurance. they've been great. i've never had to use them for a major claim. the only problem i've had with them is that they don't offer as many discounts as some other companies.
this is a long review about the insurance agency superior benefits corporation located in 2640 DEERFIELD DR, GRANITE CITY IL. it's frustratingly hard to get anyone on the phone here and if you do they don't seem to care and instead are rude and make it even harder to get your problem answered. absolutely terrible one of the worst customer service experiences in my life, left me feeling powerless against a giant corporate monster
