they are timely but pretty expensive and need some work with communication. we had flood damage to our home and union county came thru, but they nickel and dimed us to death on every little thing. we had a $500.00 deductible and our total repair bill was $3,000.00. we had to fight with them over every item on the bill and when they finally sent us the check we were shorted the deductible amount of $500.00. we called them on it and they sent the check. they are friendly enough but need way more training .
