i have been a client of this insurance agency for over 5 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that i am taken care of. i recently filed a claim for a car accident, and the claims process was very smooth and easy. i would definitely recommend this insurance agency to anyone.
i do not recommend this insurance agency. i have been a client for over 10 years and have never had any problems until recently. i recently filed a claim for a broken window and was denied coverage. i was told that the window was not covered under my policy. i am very disappointed with the way i have been treated by this insurance agency and will be switching to a different company.
