i had this insurance agency write up a homeowners policy for me. they were super helpful! i have an insurance background so i asked a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them. they gave me lots of options and made it easy to select the right policy for me.
i got my auto and home insurance through jt&t enterprises. premium is ok, but i haven't had to file a claim yet so service is a question mark. i did get a quick response when i asked for a quote though. i would like to have an insurance company that is good with service, but i'll at least give these guys a chance.
