out of the various insurance agencies that i've dealt with in the past, macnafta insurance services, inc. takes the crown for the worst. a few weeks ago, my car was involved in an accident and the other party's insurance company deemed me not at fault. naturally, i went to file a claim with my insurance agency, macnafta insurance services, inc. and that's when the problems started. i was transferred to several different representatives, each of whom seemed to have no knowledge of my account or the claim process. after being on hold for hours and getting nowhere, i finally spoke to a supervisor who was able to help me file a claim. however, the problems didn't end there. my claim was delayed for weeks due to missing paperwork and incorrect information. i had to constantly call and email the insurance company to get updates on my claim, and each time i was given a different story. in the end, it took over a month for my claim to be processed and i still haven't received my payment.
