best service ever! one day before my trip i realized i needed international coverage. i called several insurance companies but did not get any answers. next i called drachman and got jasmine, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. she was able to help me get the additional coverage with no problems! my family and i could then enjoy our trip without worry, knowing we are covered. thanks so much, jasmine!
it was so easy finding an agent through this agency and the agent, grace brown, is the best! she has gone out of her way to make sure i have exactly the coverage i need and for the best price! she does not try to "sell" you on extra unnecessary things and will explain all the details and options to you in a way that is understandable. grace was referred to me and i will definitely refer her to others!
