i would like to cancel my policy. i am not happy about this insurance. we had a claim and this company did not handle this in a timely manner. it has taken six months to get this claim paid. i have called on numerous occasions only to be put on hold for hours. the last time i called i was on hold for 50 minutes and no one ever answered
house insurance has been great since i switched to them about 2 years ago. i haven't had any major incidents, but the agent who helped me switch over was very thorough in explaining the policy. i feel like i'm well protected now.
pls insurance is the best. they are always there for me when i need them. i have been with them for over 10 years and have never had a problem. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
once my new policy was issued with additional coverage options, i was saved $1000 by switching to pls. the staff was friendly and helpful and i'm glad i made the switch. i've referred pls to my entire family.
