i have never felt shamed and upset as i am right now. i have been a customer for years i have always had good customer service. today i was speaking to a agent by the name of trevor. i was trying to make a payment and i asked a simple question about my policy. this guy was rude and nasty. when i asked for a supervisor i was told there wasn't one there! i have never been treated so badly by any company ever. i could write 3 more pages but i think you get the picture. thank you for nothing trevor, you have lost me as a customer!
they went above and beyond.i had my home insurance with another carrier for almost 20 years. they dropped my policy over a roof that is 20 years old. i got the roof replaced and have a new roof now and they still would not reinstate my policy.i made a few calls and ended up speaking with an agent named sam. she quoted me a great policy for less than i was paying with my old carrier. she went above and beyond and i would recommend her to anyone
