i have been using kpji for several years and i have always been happy with their service. they are quick to respond to my needs and have always been able to get me the best rates on my insurance. i highly recommend them.
i would not recommend kpji to anyone. i had a very bad experience with them. i was overcharged for my insurance and when i tried to cancel my policy, they refused to refund me my money. i had to file a complaint with the bbb in order to get my money back.
kpj insurance agency, inc. is probably the most unprofessional insurance agency i have ever dealt with. after purchasing a new home, i called to get a homeowners insurance quote. i decided to go with another company and sent an email to kpji informing them that i would not need their services. i received a very nasty and unprofessional email from the owner, kurt preuss, accusing me of leading him on and wasting his time. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
