i had a very good experience. the staff was friendly and helpful. they were able to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency. some things did bother me, the lack of communication is one of them. i had to constantly call to get updates, be proactive. another one is, they need to work on their technology. their systems are outdated.
